What a Heart is Beating For

Workout...

Ok, so I know I just posted a little while ago, but its my blog and I can write whenever I want...Just thought I'd share todays absexpert.com workout with you. It'll really get your heart rate going. Also, its a SUPER abs workout!

20 Squat Thrusts
30 Push Ups
40 Knees to Chin (total)
50 Squats

5 rounds for time

Squat thrust is where you are crouched with your hands and feet on the ground into a ball, keep your hands where they are and kick your feet out behind you until you are in a push up position then bring your legs back in to your hands and jump straight up...repeat 20 times.
