Exercise....makes me happy!

So boot camp has started once again....and to add to the regime, we are all doing a 28 day no cheat Warp Speed Fat Loss....pretty much a low cal/carb high protein plan...so far I'm loving it...however cooking the pre-planned meals for a week is a huge time consumer! (if you want some great, creative recipes ask me:)

I also wanted to let y'all know that my friend from our Small group has his own Fitness Training company and he has some pretty cool credentials...plus he does Sparq training for athletes...pretty cool excercises for great agility! Anyway that was just FYI....www.capstonefitness.com

But, if you have any great recipes or tips/ideas I'm all ears....plus if you have questions for me I've read a lot of stuff and studied a lot so I could be of some help...plus I have a ton of short circuit type training ideas if anyone wants to try some of the stuff we do!!

GREAT BREAKFAST MEAL:
(i promise it is a good one...)
2 Tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup blueberries(or strawberries)
1/2 teaspoon water
**Mix all together in a bowl and enjoy**

I could definitely use some Warp Speed Fat Loss b/c with the stress of the last month, I have had some Warp Speed Fat Gain!! Yikes!! I would love any recipes you have to share -- always looking for something new. The trick is, though, I won't cook for myself AND my family, so it has to be something my family will eat. They do okay, but they do have their limits.
