Hope your V-day was great! And hope your President's day is going well. I think if you vote, you get a free ticket off of work on Presidents day....sounds good to me:)

I've had a lot of people ask me about my bootcamp i've been going to here in Dallas. So I thought I would send you a link to my bootcamp trainer's blog. If you are tired of working out and not getting results, or you just keep doing the same old boring exercises then check this out. He brings a fun, new, energetic way to working out. And seriously, I could probably say that if you are reading this you are more than likely one of the millions of people working out the WRONG WAY....

Take a few pointer's from him and do a few of the exercises yourself for a week and you'll defintiely see a difference! Some workouts are as short at 4 minutes but they'll do more for your figure than 2 miles of running and 10minutes of crunches afterwards...

I love his bootcamp, I've been a member for a little over a year now, and really enjoy and see a difference! This is the first month I've taken off from camp and i have to say I'm doing really well. I've created some of my own workout sequences and really enjoy it! I get some weird looks when i'm throwing around a 12lb medicine ball at the soccer fields, and doing squat thrusts and lizzard crawl push ups down and up the field...but I've actually gotten people stop me and ask for pointers...
