A New Year...and its got NOTHING to do with you!
So HAPPY NEW YEAR!! You may be thinking what can I do this year to better MYSELF? Exercise more, spend less money, focus on family, read a few good books, patience, travel more....Well those all sound nice and beneficial, however ITS NOT ABOUT YOU!
I love the book "Purpose Driven Life" the first words in that book sums it up: Its Not About You!
HE must become greater I must become less= HE>i
This all had me thinking back to a little talk I heard a few months back at my church here in Dallas. He focused on a speech geared at single young adults but it was probably one of the best speeches I've heard, and it definitely applies to everyone.
